1. Owner
The websites sourevo.com and suppliers.sourevo.com, and the Sourevo service, are owned by Juan Cantón Rodríguez, a self-employed professional with Spanish tax ID (NIF) 45492167F and address at Carrer de Pau Casals 19, 4º 2ª, 08213 Polinyà (Barcelona), España, trading as «Francodesystems». Contact: juan.canton@sourevo.com.
As a sole trader, the owner is not registered in the Commercial Registry, and the activity requires no prior administrative authorisation and is not a regulated profession.
2. Purpose
This site provides information about Sourevo, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) for compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 on deforestation-free products (EUDR), and gives access to the application. Use and purchase of the application are also governed by the terms of service.
Sourevo is an independent product: it is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the European Commission or any national authority. References to TRACES NT, the EUDR or the Commission are descriptive.
3. Use of the site
You may browse the site freely. You agree to use it lawfully and not to damage it, overload it or try to access areas or data that are not yours.
4. About the information published
Content about the EUDR (deadlines, products in scope, CN codes, obligations) is informative and prepared with care, but it is not legal advice, and the regulation may change or be interpreted differently by the authorities. The Regulation has already been amended several times (most recently by Regulation (EU) 2025/2650). The only authentic version is the one published in the Official Journal of the European Union (EUR-Lex), with its amendments. Check the regulation in force or an adviser before making decisions.
The CN code checker is an indicative aid and does not replace official tariff classification.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The code, design, texts, illustrations and the «Sourevo» brand belong to the owner or are used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute or transform them for commercial use without written permission. EU legal texts quoted here may be reused under their own policy.
6. Links to other sites
Links to third-party sites (for example EUR-Lex or the Commission portal) are provided for convenience. We do not control or answer for their content.
7. Liability
We try to keep the site available and error-free, but cannot guarantee it at all times. We are not liable for damage caused by technical interruptions beyond our control or by use of the site contrary to this notice.
8. Personal data and cookies
How we process personal data is explained in the privacy policy and, for data that customers upload to the application, in the data processing agreement. This site only uses technical cookies: see the cookie policy.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless the law grants a consumer the right to sue in their own place of residence.
