Every plan includes submission to TRACES with the status kept in sync, amending and withdrawing from Sourevo, satellite checks of your plots, the supplier portal and a 5-year record. Only statements TRACES actually accepts count.
- A statement counts only when TRACES accepts it in production with a reference number. Amending, withdrawing, retrying or submitting during the trial never counts.
- We never stop a submission for lack of quota: we warn you at 80% and 100%, and extra statements are billed at the end of the month.
- You can group several shipments in one statement, as the Commission allows.

What counts as a statement?
Only a DDS that TRACES accepts in production with a reference number. Amending, withdrawing, retrying after an error or submitting during the trial never counts. You can group several shipments in one statement.

How does the free trial work?
14 days, no card needed. You submit to the TRACES test environment, with your own test credentials or Sourevo's test account; those numbers have no legal value. When you subscribe, trial statements go back to draft so you can submit them in production.
What do I need to submit in production?
Your company registered in TRACES with “Web Services Access” (username and key), which you store encrypted in Sourevo. Forwarders and authorised representatives also need each customer's mandate.
How do I pay and what about VAT?
By card or SEPA direct debit, with an invoice for every charge. Prices exclude VAT: 21% in Spain; reverse charge for companies in another EU country with a valid VAT number; outside the scope of VAT outside the EU and in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. Packs renew every year and you cancel the renewal in one click: the pack runs until its end. You can move from Pro to Forwarders straight away by paying the prorated difference; other changes apply at renewal.
